Shipping Policy

Ceramic Cube is a physical studio based in Lusail, Doha, Qatar. Most of what we offer is experienced in person — here is how delivery and shipping works for the products we can send to you.

Workshops, Classes and Memberships
These are in-person experiences and are not shipped. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and studio address.

Handmade Ceramics
Every piece in our ceramics collection is made by hand in our studio. We offer local delivery within Qatar in 3–5 business days. Delivery to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman) is available on request — please contact us at info@ceramic3cube.com before ordering so we can confirm shipping costs and timelines for your location.

Tools and Materials
Clay, tools, glazes, and other studio supplies are available for purchase. Local delivery within Qatar takes 2–3 business days. We also offer click-and-collect from the studio at no charge — simply select this option at checkout.

Pottery Wheels and Large Equipment
For wheels and other large or heavy items, please contact us directly before ordering to arrange delivery. Cost and timing will depend on your location within Qatar.
