Body 0024 is a smooth, highly plastic earthenware body — the clay to reach for when you want to fire at lower temperatures without sacrificing workability. It fires dense and nearly vitrified as low as 1070°C, making it uniquely efficient for studios. Pure chamotte-free, it throws with exceptional ease and produces clean, smooth-walled vessels. Goerg & Schneider's full range of low-fire glazes (1000–1150°C) are specifically designed to pair with this body.
